San Francisco Declares State of Emergency

No need to panic just yet. 10 Years ago Obama declared a national emergency in response to Swine Flu, so this wouldn’t be the first time this has happened. Not to say that we shouldn’t be on alert because this epidemic seems to be much more severe than the Swine Flu, it just helps put things into perspective for anybody that might not remember.
