James Gorman, CEO of Morgan Stanley: “If you told me three months ago we could have 90% of employees out of the office and be functioning with the volumes we have had I would’ve said the probability of that being pulled off is close to zero, but it happened.”

According CNBC, stay-at-home orders are helping companies realize that working from home is not nearly as unproductive as we once thought.

“Banks are planning for a phased return of up to half of their traders at some point, but some traders may not return to the office for more than a year. Those who do may find infrared heat sensors at entrances, colleagues wearing masks and even plexiglass partitions between desks.” Read more
